Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product so we can review the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, return delivery charges may apply.
